When you think of what Anxiety is, it’s all in our minds. Our minds are powerful and they can take over, so what we need to do is learn how to train our minds to do what we want, this will help us overcome situations where we feel anxious.

As I started working for myself I started to learn the power of self development. If I tell myself im going to be successful enough times, I start to believe it, and it becomes true. Looking at the postives before i can even consider the negatives, makes a massive difference.

When I start to feel a panic attack come on, I tell myself it’s only temporary, I am in control, I can take things one step at a time, I’ve made it through before, I can do it again. Anxiety does not define me, it does not define you. It’s about time we learn how to take the control back of our lives.

By reading self-help books, you can help train your mind to see life as a positive instead of being clouded by all your anxious/negative thoughts and voices in your head. Here’s a few you could try, you can either get the audio book and listen to it whenever you like, or get the book and I would suggest reading every night before you sleep, to improve your night mindset, so you start the next day feeling positive and ready to tackle anything. If you are like me, you’ll want to try anything to start feeling a little better, so what do you have to lose? I’m not claiming you will be cured after reading these books, but I don’t see any harm in reading them and taking in what they’re teaching you.
