Natural Ways To Deal With Anxiety

There are a few scents and remedies that are naturally calming for the mind.

In Hollyoaks there’s a story- line going on at the moment of a young boy who’s going through anxiety and he keeps buying these pills online that are effectively making it worse for him, because they are pills that haven’t been given to him by a doctor and are dodgy online. They are NOT herbal so they’re not a natural way of dealing with your anxiety.

Herbal remedies are good for your mind, body and anxiety because they are clinical proven and the doctor recommends them, over any other medication, they should always be the first option. When i was told i have anxiety, my doctor recommended herbal before anything else. Luckily for us, there are plenty of different ones we can try that are all natural. Some contain scents such as lavander which is proven to be calming, and chamomile which is also calming. I naturally feel relaxed after having a chamomile tea, which proves that the herb is relaxing. Same for lavender, if I was to have a lavender bath before bed, I would naturally feel calmer than I did before that bath.

So for me, this was’nt as massive effective relief but I did notice a small difference, but everyone is different and you won’t know how it works for you until you try it.
